  Welcome to Fatman's Fitness. I created this website to give my advice to the men and           women out there who have been struggling with their weight. I'm not a personal trainer, nor  am I a gym rat. What I am is....."YOU". I am just like you. I too have battled with my weight for years and at my heaviest weighed 335 lbs. I understand how hard it is not only to lose weight, but just getting started. I know what being unhappy with yourself does to your life and to those that love you. Like drugs and alcohol, food is an addiction. Unfortunately, this drug can't be given up completely. Make that fortunately, because food is wonderful, and with my plan you will still be able to enjoy that Kung Pao Chicken you love. Although I am not at the weight I want to be at yet, I believe I have developed an exercise and meal plan that will get me there. Not only is the food healthy for you, it tastes delicious.
