
I developed these two workouts to burn fat and to build strength and muscle. I do the fat burning workout twice a week using light weights. I do the strength training workout once a week using heavy weights. I think the best way to lose weight is to do interval training. For example, I do as many exercises at a high intensity in a circuit for two minutes, then rest for one. Then continue this until all exercises are done. I try to do as many circuits as possible in a 30-45 minute period. You don't have to use the same exercises that I do, or as many. Do what you can do. Use a combination of any exercises that I have previously provided. I also do a park workout on my days off. It consists of - basketball, wind sprints, sledgehammer slams, jump rope, farmers carry, and jogging with an eighty lbs. punching bag on my shoulders. There is no set time or sets for the park workout, I just do it as much as I can. These workouts and any other exercises can be done wherever you have a little room to move.
